Police officer who shot unarmed Black man shouted 'gun' before opening fire

The Columbus, Ohio, police officer who shot unarmed Andre Hill shouted that Hill had a gun before shooting him to death last week, according to a statement included in a report prepared by the Columbus police chief after the shooting.
