American woman accused of killing a UK teenager proposes 'mediation' with his family

Anne Sacoolas -- the woman accused of killing 19-year-old Harry Dunn while she was driving on the wrong side of the road in England -- says she willing to enter into "mediation" with his family, after a court in Virginia ruled against her attempt to have a civil case for wrongful death dismissed.
