Study finds Africa 'disproportionately vulnerable' to climate change

A new report finds climate change could have dire impacts for Africa if mitigation efforts aren't put in place. The continent only generates 4% of global greenhouse gasses, but its people, economy and even its glaciers will suffer greatly if climate change worsens. CNN's Eleni Giokos reports
