Video shows SUV narrowly miss little child as it barrels down road

There are multiple fatalities and more than 20 people are injured after an SUV plowed through a holiday parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Video of the incident shows the vehicle rushing past a small child standing on the edge of the street before it drives into the crowd.
