Trump won't say if Russian bounties came up in Putin call

A reporter asked President Donald Trump whether he brought up alleged Russian bounties on US troops in a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, but Trump falsely claimed that he doesn't discuss his calls with foreign leaders.
