Grace restrengthens into tropical storm as it threatens the Caribbean with flooding and mudslides

Grace is once again at tropical storm strength, moving away from Hispanoala and nearing Jamaica. The center of Grace will move near or over the island Tuesday with tropical storm-force winds, strong surf and flooding rains, the National Hurricane Center said. As a result, the government of Jamaica has changed the tropical storm watch for the country to a tropical storm warning for the island.
